London Fermentary, Pineapple & Turmeric Kraut 460g

This vibrant, sunny kraut works really well with rich spicy food, white fish and sweet dishes. It’s a great accompaniment to curries, alongside yoghurt and fresh herbs.

Ingredients: White cabbage, pineapple, turmeric, black peppercorns, salt, naturally occurring lactic acid cultures.

London Fermentary is based at Spa Terminus in Bermondsey, and was created as a way to make use of leftover veg from the greengrocer Puntarelle and Co. Its owner Elena was inspired by her Russian heritage to make raw, live, delicious products that contain gut-friendly bacteria.
