A creamy spread made with salt-baked carrot and a hint of dill and lemon, for a fresh-tasting vegan alternative to lox salmon and cream cheese. Perfect on a toasted bagel or a blini!

Ingredients: Cashew nuts, cultures, water, marinated carrot (rapeseed oil, apple cider vinegar, nori), coconut oil, nutritional yeast, dill, lemon oil, smoked salt, citric acid.

What started in 2017 as a one-woman enterprise, run by Ellie from her tiny flat in Angel, has now grown to a commercial kitchen in East London making a full range of vegan cheeses - all still hand-made.
