Gusbourne Brut Reserve 2019

This best-selling wine has the classic combination of Chardonnay, Pinot Noir and Pinot Meunier. The Chardonnay acts as the structural component, Pinot Noir brings body and depth and finally Pinot Meunier adds floral and fruity notes. Red fruit aromas of cherry and strawberry develop into attractive fresh pastry notes, with a touch of cinnamon and spice.

Andrew Weeber took over the estate with the goal of creating English sparkling wines as good as any in the world. The original Gusbourne Estate in Appledore, Kent dates back to 1410 and today every bottle of wine crafted at Gusbourne carries a goose crest in honour of this heritage.
