This is a 100% sourdough loaf made with a mixture of the best quality organic stoneground flours and infused with a seed mix including pumpkin seed, sunflower seed, linseed and poppyseed. It is risen naturally with Sophia's sourdough starter and fermented for 24hrs. This loaf packs an extra punch of flavour and texture!
