Pastificio Carleschi, Wholegrain Spelt Conchiglie Pasta 400g

This award-winning pasta is made with wholegrain spelt, a hulled wheat that has less gluten than bread wheat and a higher vitamin and mineral content. It's dried at low temperatures to preserve the nutrients, and has a flavour of toasted almond and caramel.
