These organic split yellow peas are from the new 2020 crop, and will add body and depth to your soups, stews, dhals and dips. Split peas don't need to be soaked and cook down to a very soft consistency (top tip: adding bicarbonate of soda during cooking will help soften them and reduce the cooking time).
