Made over three days due to the salting, rinsing and drying process, which helps the cucumbers and shallots keep their crunch. Great on salads, in sandwiches, with cheese, in burgers or just on its own. The liquid makes a great salad dressing, so don’t throw it away!
Ingredients: Cucumber, shallots, white wine vinegar, brown sugar, salt, turmeric, mustard seeds.
