Cocoa nibs are created in the chocolate-making process by roasting, drying and cracking the cocoa beans. Each of Lucocoa's beans have their own roasting time and temperature to develop their natural flavours - without taking out the nutrients. Nibs are great sprinkled into yogurts and smoothies, or nibbled for a little chocolate snack.
