A flavoursome combination of horseradish, vinegar and mustard with an added undertone of garlic. This traditional tangy accompaniment to roast beef also goes really well with steaks, beef stews and smoked fish. Suitable for vegans and gluten-free.
Ingredients: Rapeseed oil, horseradish root, free range pasteurised whole egg, water, spirit vinegar, sugar, garlic puree, sea salt, stabilisers: xanthan gum, guar gum, mustard flour. May contain traces of milk.
Created by The Garlic Farm on the Isle of Wight, where they have been growing garlic on the island ever since Granny Norah planted the first few cloves in her garden over 60 years ago. They now grow many different varieties, as well as hosting talks and events including an annual Garlic Festival.
