This fantastic Pét Nat is made from an unusual blend of Auxerrois, Bacchus, Pinot Meunier and Faber. Gently fizzy, with lots of yeast flavours as well as green apple, citrus and white flowers. This wine is made from organic grapes and is unfiltered, with zero sulphur addition and no added yeast.
Will Davenport is one of the pioneers of organic wine production in the UK, converting his vines and winery to organic systems in the year 2000. He now has 24 acres of vineyards, mostly at Horsmonden in Kent plus a smaller vineyard next to the winery at Rotherfield, East Sussex - all certified organic by the Soil Association.
