These flavourful sedani are made with fava beans and British emmer, known as farro in Italy, one of the earliest wheat crops to be cultivated in the Mediterranean. The pasta is dried at low temperatures to preserve the nutrients and has a rich, nutty flavour.
Ingredients: Stoneground Emmer 70% (wheat), fava bean 30 %.
