Inspired by those sherbety flavour bombs wrapped in rice paper that you used to consume in great quantities as a child... This is a fruity sour using rhubarb, strawberries and Lallemand Philly Sour (Lachancea) yeast. A great balance of sweet and sour that tastes kinda like a flying saucer!
Ingredients: water, malted barley, hops, strawberry, rhubarb, yeast.
