Kernel's take on a Belgian Pale Ale, fermented with a blend of belgian pale ale yeast, saison yeast and their house mixed culture in a foeder (large barrel). Complex yeast character, bitterness and fruitiness from the hops and a lovely texture.
Ingredients: water, hops, sugar, yeast, barley, oats.
