Hurdlebrook, Organic Yoghurt 500g

A2 Guernsey milk produces a smooth, creamy textured yoghurt without the need for any additives; such as stabilisers, thickeners or milk powder. 

Hurdlebrook hand make this yoghurt in small batches, adopting a long, slow fermentation technique, using Streptococcus thermophilus and Lactobacillus delbruekii subsp bulgaricus.

Hurdlebrook has been producing high quality, raw milk and pasteurised yoghurts from award winning Guernsey cows since the early 1980s - with Taste of the West and Royal Bath and West Show awards. They have also won multiple Great Taste Award's over the last 3 years.  The goal is to always keep their customers happy and healthy.
