Ingredients: milk, double cream, sugar, crème fraîche, vanilla paste (brown cane sugar, grape sugar, egg yolk, natural vanilla extract, maize starch), dextrose, milk proteins, skimmed milk powder, stabiliser: locust bean gum, natural vanilla extract, salt.

Northiam Dairy is part of a 400-acre mixed farm run by Rupert Cyster and his small, dedicated team. Rupert says, "we aim to produce quality milk from healthy, relaxed, happy cows. Cow hugging is encouraged."
