A blend of saison beers re-fermented for four months with 350g per litre of whole British damsons - to take on both the fruitiness of the flesh and the complexity of the fruit-stone flavours. Saison is a style of pale ale that is highly carbonated and often bottle conditioned, originating from Wallonia in Belgium.
Ingredients: water, hops, sugar, yeast, barley.
