This semi-soft cashew cheese has a delicious creamy texture, and is infused with the gut-friendly juice of Bottlebrush Ferment’s award-winning kimchi. It's coated with a mix of mild Korean chilli flakes to add an earthy and sweet touch.

They now make their artisan cheeses at Spa Terminus, Bermondsey, using a traditional process of fermentation, which creates beneficial enzymes and strains of gut-friendly live cultures, B-vitamins and minerals.
