This award-winning pickle starts life as limes fermenting in salt for one week. These are then chopped, and mixed with an amazing array of herbs and spices including dried curry leaves and green finger chillis.
Ingredients: limes, sugar, root ginger, green finger chillis, turmeric, mustard seeds, fenugreek seeds, mustard powder, paprika, garlic, cumin seeds, rapeseed oil, salt, curry leaves.
