Lord London Cheese, approx 500 - 600g

This beautiful large, bell-shaped creation is a semi-soft cow's milk cheese, with a dusty rind that encases a silky, creamy texture within. Created in honour of the London 2012 Olympics, it has gone on to win multiple awards including Best Semi-Soft Cheese at the British Cheese Awards. A lovely one for piercing with some herbs, baking whole and then serving with bread and crudités to share.

Ingredients: Full Fat Cow’s Milk, Vegetarian Rennet, Starter Cultures, Calcium Chloride, Salt, Water.

Alsop & Walker is an artisan cheesemaker based in East Sussex. Run by Arthur Alsop, they source all of their milk from local farmers and they have a stall in Borough Market.
