It's hard to find any organic British passata, so these are grown, picked and packed in Tuscany. They're produced by a small co-operative of local growers, with every tomato traceable back to a specific field, and pickers all paid a proper wage.
Ingredients: Tomatoes (peeled, sieved and cooked), citric acid.
Organico are British wholesalers, who only work with suppliers in the Mediterranean who're passionate about food quality, provenance and good business practice. All of their suppliers are either small family businesses or co-operative producers.
