Rude Health, Organic Ultimate Muesli 400g

Rude Health started with this muesli, The Ultimate. They balanced a great blend of grains until they couldn’t improve the texture, then added absolutely all the ingredients that got them excited. It might be their first muesli, but it’s still their best.

Ingredients: Oats, rye flakes, raisins, sultanas, barley flakes, apricots, almonds, brazil nuts, dates, golden linseeds, pumpkin seeds, sunflower seeds, cranberries, quinoa flakes, apple, buckwheat flakes, aronia berries, hazelnuts, puffed rice, blueberries, poppy seeds, linseeds, cinnamon.

Rude Health was founded by Nick and Camilla Barnard, who started out making granola and porridge, and then created a range of organic plant-based milks to go with their cereals.
