Ingredients: Dried apricots, cane sugar, wholemeal wheat flour, fortified wheat flour (wheat flour, calcium carbonate, iron, niacin, thiamine), rapeseed oil, soya milk, apricot jam (raw cane sugar, apricots, apple pectin, lemon juice), flaked almonds, ground almond, cinnamon, nutmeg, sodium bicarbonate (E500).
