A French-style sourdough with a German influence, this light-brown loaf uses a 23 year-old rye starter and a touch of wholemeal to give it a wonderful smooth tang. Pre-cut for those who prefer it sliced.

Ingredients: Fortified wheat flour (wheat flour, calcium carbonate, iron, niacin, thiamine), water, rye sourdough (water, rye flour), rye flour, wholemeal wheat flour, salt. May contain traces of: peanuts, nuts and sesame
