Ingredients: milk, double cream, sugar, rum and raisin paste (raisins, glucose syrup, sugar syrup, rum, alcohol, egg yolks, flavours, colour:E100, preservative: E202), crème fraîche, dextrose, milk proteins, skimmed milk powder, stabiliser: locust bean gum, natural vanilla extract, salt.
