Create an easy, extra-special brunch full of North African flavours with this dish of eggs cooked in a sauce of tomatoes, peppers, onions and spices. Dukkah mix is the secret ingredient that takes this dish to the next level!
Enough for 2-3 people, each kit contains:
- Six organic eggs from Brambletye Farm
- Shakshuka sauce by The Tomato Stall 400g
- Dukkah Spice Mix by The Chef & The Shoegirl 180g
Simply heat the sauce in a large frying pan, make holes for your eggs and crack them in, cover and cook for a few minutes. Serve onto plates and then sprinkle over the dukkah. Add yoghurt, feta or flatbreads if you want to turn it into a larger meal.
