Our version of Italian crositni, made with organic sourdough and a brush of cold-pressed rapeseed oil. The crunchiness is great topped with smoked salmon pâté, soft cheese or diced tomatoes.

Ingredients: Fortified wheat flour (wheat flour, calcium carbonate, iron, niacin, thiamine), water, biga (water, fortified wheat flour, rye flour, wholemeal wheat flour), malted barley flour, yeast, salt, cold-pressed rapeseed oil.
May contain traces of: peanuts, nuts and sesame
