Northiam Dairy, Strawberry Dairy Ice Cream 1 litre

Strawberry ice cream, hand-made at the dairy with their own milk and cream, and fruit from Kent.

Ingredients: milk, double cream, sugar, fresh strawberries, crème fraîche, dextrose, milk proteins, skimmed milk powder, stabiliser: locust bean gum, natural vanilla extract, salt.

Northiam Dairy is part of a 400-acre mixed farm run by Rupert Cyster and his small, dedicated team. Rupert says, "we aim to produce quality milk from healthy, relaxed, happy cows. Cow hugging is encouraged."
