A rather special rosé made with 60% pinot noir and 40% pinot blanc, and aged in concrete for six months before bottling. It has a pale red colour with an orange hue. Fresh figs give way to dried orange peel and an herbaceous lift, and a long and pleasant finish.
Vegan, Contains sulphites.
