Northiam Dairy, Whole Milk 2 litres

Fresh from the dairy, this whole milk is from a small herd of crossbred cows that graze all year round in the rolling hills of East Sussex. Not certified organic but following all the right practices (we've been and checked), Northiam Dairy also supplies Wildes Cheese up in Tottenham.

Ingredient: pasteurised semi-skimmed milk

Northiam Dairy is part of a 400-acre mixed farm run by Rupert Cyster and his small, dedicated team. Rupert says, "we aim to produce quality milk from healthy, relaxed, happy cows. Cow hugging is encouraged."
