Londonshire is a soft and runny cheese held together by a white velvety fluffy coat. A medium to full-strength cheese, it's great on a cheeseboard or large enough to bake and share. Spike with rosemary and thin slices of garlic, cook fast in hot oven for a few minutes, and serve with toast and pickles.
