Forty Hall Vineyard, Organic Ortega 2023

The latest release from FHV. A zesty Ortega, a young and fresh wine that is full of  flavour and highly drinkable!

Within an hour of harvesting the grapes are taken to winemaker Will Davenport at the award winning Davenport's Vineyard and pressed on the same day to retain the natural flavours of the grapes. 

Ortega is a German grape that is earlier to ripen and known for its low acidity.  Medium bodied, zesty, crisp and fruity, it is a perfect aperitif or pairs well with seafood and spicy foods.

Forty Hall Vineyard is London's only commercial-scale vineyard and produces high-quality, organic-certified English wine. The 10-acre community vineyard is also a social enterprise offering a place for local people to come together through growing and making wine.
