Isle of Wight Tomatoes, Roasted Tomatoes with Garlic & Basil

Slowly roasted Isle of Wight tomatoes to intensify their flavour, marinade with the use of garlic and basil infused oils, and finish with a little Anglesey Sea Salt.

Ingredients: Isle of Wight Roasted Vine Tomatoes (55%), Sunflower Oil, Garlic Infused Sunflower Oil, Basil Infused Sunflower Oil, Halen Mon Anglesey Sea Salt

The Tomato Stall (now Isle of Wight Tomatoes) grow all of their produce in the Arreton Valley on the Isle of Wight, which has some of the highest levels of sunlight anywhere in the UK and a mild maritime climate. They grow both organically and conventionally, all under glass.
