Repeat: this is not tomato ketchup. With 22 habanero peppers crammed into each bottle, it's a tad spicy.

This is ketchup, but not as you know it. This sauce contains no tomatoes, it's all Habanero (along with the vinegar, sugar and flavours you'd expect from a ketchup). We've added onion for texture and depth of flavour too. We wanted to create one of the hottest ketchups around and we succeeded! Perfect for anyone who loves the intense fruity flavour of Habanero peppers.

The secret is our Signature Habanero Mash, we take perfectly ripened Habanero Peppers, salt them and then age them for 2-4 weeks to accentuate the fruity flavours
