Sustainably sourced superior Scottish salmon is lightly cured, traditionally hung and delicately cold-smoked. The use of real oak, beech and heather during smoking gives a clean, subtle and buttery flavour. Recently awarded two gold stars in the 2020 Great Taste Awards.
