 NEW! Easy-drinking by nature, Pot Luck is a naughty new Pet Nat (naturally sparkling using the classic South African grape Pinotage. Grown 500 feet above sea level, in red, coffee-stone soil in the Swartland, the wines full of summer bubbles with ripe red fruits, saline notes, and perfectly balanced bubbles. It's criminal to serve this anything less than ice cold!

New Theory (previously Nouveau) is the brainchild of Thom and Charles Bradley who set the project up to work with South African winemakers to choose the best fruit possible and produce fresh expressions of low–intervention wine. For them, it's all about craft with all the pairs wines being small-batch, so they can continue to experiment and make interesting juice.
