Cornish Charcuterie, Mushroom Pâté 125g

This mushroom pâté with chilli and coriander is rich and buttery. Succulent pieces of mushroom are combined with fresh, zingy coriander to create a vegetarian pâté to rival all others. 

Ingredients: mushrooms, butter (milk), onions, coriander leaves, garlic, Cornish sea salt, dried red chillies. Produced in a kitchen which also handles nuts, sesame, mustard, celery seed and dairy products.

The Cornish Charcuterie company is one of the few British artisans making pâtés and rillettes in the UK. Their products are hand-made on their farm in North Cornwall, using ingredients that are all sourced as locally as possible.
