Pastificio Carleschi, Emmer Mezzi Rigatoni Pasta 400g

This flavourful rigatoni is made with British emmer, known as farro in Italy, one of the earliest wheat crops to be cultivated in the Mediterranean. It's dried at low temperatures to preserve the nutrients and has a rich, nutty flavour.

Ingredients: Organic stoneground wholegrain emmer (wheat).
