Original Biscuit Bakers, Farm Animal Gingerbread 60g

Look at these cute little characters! A delicious spiced gingerbread sheep or pig, iced by hand.

Ingredients: Gingerbread: Wheat flour (wheat flour, calcium carbonate, iron, niacin, thiamin), sugar, vegetable oils (palm & rapeseed), partially inverted refiners syrup, ginger, spice, raising agent: sodium bicarbonate, soya flour.

Decoration: Sugar, pasteurised free range egg white, dried glucose syrup, cornflour, humectant: vegetable glycerine; stabiliser: xanthan gum; fruit and vegetable concentrates: safflower, lemon, spirulina; colour: vegetable carbon. May contain traces of nuts.

The Original Biscuits Bakers are based in Market Drayton, considered the home of gingerbread since this very British biscuit has been baked here for over 200 hundred years. Each biscuit is made in small batches and iced by hand.
