Pitted Greek Green Olives in brine infused with Herbes de Provence. Unpasteurised, Fully Matured and Fermented.   Crisply firm, hand sorted and even more handily stoned Greek Amfissa Olives. Try them with diced peppers and a squish of lemon juice or straight into salads. Crisp.
