These crispy, gluten free charcoal wafers are perfect for a cheeseboard. Made with charcoal powder and GF oatmeal, and baked by hand in the Peak District - not that close to London but we thought we'd make an exception as they are so good!
Ingredients: buttermilk, tapioca starch, rice starch, potato starch, corn oil, gluten free oat flour, maize starch, gluten free oatmeal, gluten free malted barley, autolysed yeast, charcoal powder, sea salt, raising agent (sodium bicarbonate).
Not suitable for nut allergy sufferers.
