Sacred, Dry Vermouth 50cl

For this dry vermouth, Sacred teamed up with Alessandro Palazzi, head bartender of London's Dukes Bar which is famed for its Martinis – and this vermouth is used in every Dry Martini served at that fab establishment! A bone dry expression, produced with English wine from Gloucestershire's Three Choirs, it should be no surprise that it's absolutely exceptional in a Martini.

Sacred Spirits was founded in 2008 when Londoner and distiller Ian Hart decided to reinvent small-batch gin distillation by using vacuum distillation instead of traditional pot distillation They say this preserves the richness of flavour and aromas of his hand-picked botanicals. They're based in Highgate and have won numerous awards for their gins and spirits.
