This award-winning duck rillette is made with free-range duck legs poached in duck fat. They're then shredded and combined with aromatic spices and Grand Marnier-soaked cranberries. Packaged in a reusable clip-top glass jar.
Ingredients: shredded duck leg meat 69%, duck fat, cranberries 3.5%, Grand Marnier 3% (sulphites), Cornish sea salt, five spice. Produced in a kitchen which also handles nuts, sesame, mustard, celery seed and dairy products.
The Cornish Charcuterie company is one of the few British artisans making pâtés and rillettes in the UK. Their products are hand-made on their farm in North Cornwall, using ingredients that are all sourced as locally as possible.
