A completely zero-waste product, they take the excess liquid from Symplicity’s mushroom and vegetable ferments, then combine it with a fermented cashew base, white truffle oil, fresh lemon juice and a dash of maple syrup. The result is a creamy, intensely umami, savoury pâté-style product.
