Cornish Charcuterie's award-winning traditional pork rillette is made from Norton Barton Farm's Cornish Lop pork, which is poached in duck fat, then lightly seasoned and shredded.
Ingredients: Pork 74%, duck fat, sea salt, white pepper. Produced in a kitchen which also handles nuts, sesame, mustard, celery seed and dairy products.
The Cornish Charcuterie company is one of the few British artisans making pâtés and rillettes in the UK. Their products are hand-made on their farm in North Cornwall, using ingredients that are all sourced as locally as possible.
