A low-intervention wine created in collaboration with Hugh Fearnley-Whittingstall’s River Cottage, combining Pinot Noir, Pinot Meunier, Chardonnay and Seyval Blanc grapes. A second fermentation in the bottle, without disgorging or dosage (adding sugar) gives it a mousse of tiny bubbles and a naturally cloudy finish.

Vineyard owners Kristin and Paul go by the old saying: "great wines are made in the vineyard". They believe organic methods are the best way to produce the quality and purity of fruit required for excellent wines. Their 35 acres of vines on the former Isle of Oxney in Kent produce around twenty per cent of all organic grapes grown in the UK.
