A cheese-free tomato pesto made using fresh tomatoes, basil, sunflower seeds and garlic oil. Delicious stirred through hot pasta, drizzled over roasted veggies or mashed into cooked potatoes. Nut-free and suitable for coeliacs, vegetarians and vegans.
Ingredients: Roasted Isle of Wight Tomatoes (49%), Sunflower Oil, Tomato Paste (7%), Flame Grilled Isle of Wight Peppers (6%), Garlic Infused Sunflower Oil, Sunflower Seeds, Basil Infused Sunflower Oil, Nutritional Yeast, Sea Salt, Sweet Paprika, Ground Black Pepper.
The Tomato Stall grow all of their produce in the Arreton Valley on the Isle of Wight, which has some of the highest levels of sunlight anywhere in the UK and a mild maritime climate. They grow both organically and conventionally, all under glass.
