The Tomato Stall's oak smoked tomatoes are steeped in Balsamic of Modena over several weeks to infuse their unique ﬂavour. It creates a rich, smoky and perfectly balanced vinegar, ideal for sauces, dressings and marinades.
Ingredients: Balsamic Vinegar of Modena (sulphites), oak smoked Isle of Wight tomatoes.
The Tomato Stall grow all of their produce in the Arreton Valley on the Isle of Wight, which has some of the highest levels of sunlight anywhere in the UK and a mild maritime climate. They grow both organically and conventionally, all under glass.
