Baron Bigod is a traditional raw-milk Brie-de-Meaux style cheese, handmade at Fen Farm using their own grass-fed cows milk. Each cheese is hand-wrapped and packed in its own beautiful wooden box. The Truffle version is filled with a white truffle rich mascarpone which infuses throughout the cheese.
Ingredients: raw cow's milk, white truffle, salt, animal rennet.
Fen Farm is a family dairy run by Jonny and Dulcie Crickmore in Bungay, Suffolk. Their Montbeliarde cows graze all year round, and the farm has a policy of cowbon-offsetting (geddit?) to reduce its environmental impact.
