Rich and creamy soft cow's cheese meets delicious black truffle. Marinated in cold-pressed British rapeseed oil, this cheese is made entirely by hand, and undergoes a brining process similar to a traditional feta before being bottled.
Ingredients: Soft cows milk cheese (traditional animal rennet), rapeseed oil, black truffle oil, black truffle slices, extra virgin olive oil.
Graceburn is made in Kent by Dave Holton and Tim Jarvis of Blackwoods Cheese, both formerly of Neal's Yard Dairy, using milk from the herd that grazes on-site.
