White Mausu peanut rayu is a fantastic blend of peanuts, sesame and chilli. Tamari soy sauce gives it a lovely umami depth, which is gently sweetened with agave. Use this warming nutty sauce on breakfast eggs, avocado on toast, or to season a bowl of ramen noodles. Or use it as a dipping sauce for gyoza!
